Multiple counties have been taken out of the wind advisory

A wind advisory is still in effect for Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Greene, and Logan counties. The NWS has allowed the wind advisory to expire for everyone else in the county coverage area. The counties surrounded by the white lines are the counties in the county coverage area. The NWS in Wilmington, OH says “…WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT EDT TONIGHT…
* WINDS…Northwest 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* TIMING…Through this evening.
* IMPACTS…Scattered tree and power line damage is possible
along with some minor property damage in the highest gusts.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for
high profile vehicles. Scattered power outages also possible.”
