Concerning majority of the area, the NWS in Wilmington, OH says “…WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO 2 AM EST FRIDAY… The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect from 6 PM this evening to 2 AM EST Friday. * WINDS…South 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. * TIMING…through this evening into tonight. * IMPACTS…Scattered tree and power line damage is possible along with some minor property damage in the highest gusts. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS… Secure loose outdoor objects. Drivers of high-profile vehicles or trailers should exercise caution. The wind and wind gusts will make difficult driving conditions. &&”

The NWS in Northern Indiana says “…WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM EST /8 PM CST/ THIS EVENING… The National Weather Service in Northern Indiana has issued a Wind Advisory…which is in effect until 9 PM EST /8 PM CST/ this evening. HAZARDOUS WEATHER… * South to southeast winds of 20 to 30 mph gusting to 45 mph through the early evening hours. * IMPACTS… * Difficult travel for high profile vehicles. Loose objects will be blown around. Minor damage to tree limbs possible. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS… A Wind Advisory means that sustained winds of 30 mph or gusts of 45 mph are expected. Winds this strong can make driving difficult…especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution. &&”

Outdoor items that are not secured may be easily blown about. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS… A Wind Advisory means that sustained winds of 30 mph or wind gusts of 45 mph are expected. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution. &&”
