The National Weather Service in Wilmington has expanded the
- Flood Watch to include portions of Central Ohio and West
Central Ohio, including the following areas, in Central Ohio,
Delaware, Franklin OH, Licking, Madison, and Union OH. In West
Central Ohio, Champaign, Clark, and Miami.
- From Monday morning through Tuesday afternoon
- A stalled frontal boundary will result in a prolonged period of
precipitation with a storm total rainfall of 1.5 to 2.5 inches
through Tuesday afternoon.
- With saturated ground, rivers
