Hydrologists at the NWS is forecasting for the Great Miami River in Dayton to stay below action stage for a while. Action stage is the lowest stage when concerning flooding. The river dropped from action stage yesterday and will continue on a downward trend through the weekend and into next week. This is a relief from the small flooding we have had to deal with over the last couple of weeks.
