The National Weather Service in Indianapolis, IN has issued a flood warning. This flood warning has been issued for Randolph County in Indiana.

The NWS in Indianapolis, IN says “…The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a Flood
Warning for portions of the following waterways in central and
southern Indiana…
White River…Mississinewa River…
.Lowland flooding will develop along portions of the White and
Mississinewa Rivers. Around two inches of rain fell across central
Indiana on Saturday. More points along rivers are expected to go
into flood in the coming days.
Precautionary/Preparedness Actions…
Motorists should never drive into flood water. Turn around and go
another way. Keep children away from flooded areas. Recreational and
agricultural interests should remain alert to changing river
conditions.

    the Mississinewa River near Ridgeville.
  • until further notice.
  • At 8:00 AM Sunday the stage was 12.1 feet.
  • Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
  • At 11.5 feet…Water on the shoulder and edge of SR 1 south of the
    junction with SR 28 in western Randolph County.
