    Grant County in central Indiana…
    Blackford County in east central Indiana…
    Southern Wells County in northeastern Indiana…
    Adams County in northeastern Indiana…
    Jay County in east central Indiana…
  • Until 900 AM EDT Friday.
  • At 905 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
    flooding. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. An
    additional 1 to 2 inches is expected overnight, which will lead to
    further flooding of streets, small streams and creeks.
  • Some locations that will experience flooding include…
    Marion, Bluffton, Portland, Hartford City, Gas City, Berne, Upland,
    Fairmount, Dunkirk, Montpelier, Jonesboro, Redkey, Geneva,
    Sweetser, Swayzee, Van Buren, Monroe, Pennville, Matthews and
    Westchester.”
