Tornado that hit Trotwood and Dayton now rated an EF4

The NWS in Wilmington, OH has upgraded the tornado that moved through Brookville, Trotwood, Dayton, and Riverside from an EF3 to an EF4. This tornado caused incredible to catastrophic damage through northern Montgomery County.
