- At 726 PM EDT, radar indicated that thunderstorms had produced
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
already fallen. Runoff from this excessive rainfall will cause
flash flooding to occur.

South Lebanon, Mason, Norwood, Sharonville, Monroe, Blue Ash,
