Here is a look at our rain chances for the rest of the day

It has already been raining this morning and afternoon. More rain is developing off to our southwest and will move into the area this evening. Some of this rain could be steady to heavy at times and will continue into Monday morning and evening before tapering off.

Here is a look at the amount of rain we could see with this system. The HRRR is keeping the higher amounts of rain out of the Miami Valley giving us under an inch of rain. The NAM 3K (Nest) model is bringing some of the higher amounts of rain into the southern and western part of the area. Keeping most of the area under an inch of rain, but. Showing some locations in the southern and western part of the Miami Valley could see around 1 inch of rain.
