Chance of Power Outages For Wednesday, November 27, 2019

Highs winds are expected tomorrow, winds will be sustained between 25 and 35 mph for most of us. Winds could gust around 50 mph south of I-70 and around 60 mph north of I-70. Right now widespread power outages are expected north of I-70. Scattered power outages are expected south of I-70. Winds will begin picking up tonight into tomorrow. The strong winds will last pretty much all day.

Remember to move in any loose objects from outside or secure them. Travel could become somewhat difficult as wind gusts begin to really pick up near 50 and 60 mph. Especially if you drive a high profile vehicle. Prepare for power outages and/or possible damage to your home and/or business. If outside Wednesday be mindful of trees and other objects.
