The SPC in Norman, OK has the southwest portions of the Miami Valley in a slight risk for severe weather (2/5). Just about all of the Miami Valley is in a marginal risk for severe weather (1/5). Meaning a few storms could become strong to severe.
So, that line of showers and storms I have been talking about is moving through the area right now. Rain will continue pick up in coverage and intensity as we head through this afternoon. Rain and storms should be out of the area by Sunday morning.
Damaging winds will be the main threat. A brief spin up of a tornado and some flooding can not be ruled out. Hail remains very low at this time.
