NWS in Wilmington, OH confirms that a tornado touched down in Clark County on Thursday

The National Weather Service in Wilmington, OH confirms that a tornado touched down in Clark County on Thursday, Feb. 7th, 2019.

The tornado touched down in Pitchin, Ohio. The tornado occurred when thunderstorms were moving through the area. The survey team from the NWS in Wilmington, OH says that the tornado was an EF0. On the Enhanced Fujita Scale, this tornado had winds ranging from 65 to 85 mph.

The tornado did cause property damage but thankfully no one was hurt.
