The Storm Prediction Center has placed the Miami Valley under a marginal risk (1/5) for severe weather this afternoon. This means a few storms we see could be borderline strong to possibly severe today.
Here is a look at radar this Monday afternoon. Some showers are beginning to move into the area from the southwest.
Rain and storms will continue to move into the area from the west-southwest with possible thunderstorms developing as they enter the Miami Valley. Rain will last through the afternoon and into the evening hours before tapering off tonight.
Our biggest severe weather threat is today will be damaging winds.
