At last check (1:57 p.m.), we were sitting around 42F with cloudy to mostly cloudy skies. So we are not feeling that bad today.
Expect a chance of rain today. Rain will be isolated and most of the precipitation will stay north of I-70. Other than that, expect mostly cloudy to cloudy skies today. Our high today will top off at 43. Our low will be around 36.
Sunday will bring us a better chance of rain. A few snowflakes may even mix in far north in the county coverage area. Rain chances will stay with us just about all day on Sunday. Now, this won’t be a washout event, but. You will want to keep an umbrella with you all day if you’re going to be out. Our high on Sunday will be 47 with a low of 34.
Monday will bring us another chance of rain. This time, most of the rain will stay south of I-70. I will say some rain could sneak above I-70 though. Some areas could see constant rain showers on Monday. The rain will last until about midnight. Then a wintry mix moves in overnight Monday into Tuesday morning. It won’t be like this past Thursday with the ice event though. Our high on Monday will be 41 with a low of 33.
The wintry mix from overnight Monday into Tuesday morning will last until the afternoon on Tuesday. After that expect partly to mostly cloudy skies. We will have a high of 42 and a low of 29.
It looks like we stay dry on Wednesday. A couple of snowflakes may be possible far northeast in the area but that’s about it. We will have mostly sunny skies on Wednesday. More clouds are expected north of I-70 than south on Wednesday. High 45 with a low of 29.
Thanksgiving! Thursday will bring us partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies. Expect a high of 42 and a low of 26.
