Again, mostly sunny skies this morning will give way to sunny skies by this afternoon. So it will look warmer than it feels. Temps rise into the 30s by this afternoon before falling into the 20s again by this evening. Some clouds will begin to move back into the area as well.
Looking ahead, we are dry for the first half of Saturday. However, snow will move into the area late Saturday into Sunday. Warmer temps will also move into the area going into Sunday. So as we progress through the day on Sunday a rain/snow line will form and make its way into the area near the I-70 corridor. As we head through the day on Sunday, the rain/snow line will stay around the I-70 corridor shifting north and south some throughout the day. So, rain mostly south of I-70 and snow mostly north of I-70 on Sunday. Cooler temps will allow for rain to change back over to snow for Dayton and areas south as we head through Sunday evening into Monday morning. More on this in a separate post later. However, lingering snow will continue into Monday before tapering off. We are dry Tuesday and pretty much Wednesday. Late Wednesday into early Thursday morning some wintry mix is possible before changing over to all rain for the rest of Thursday. Highs will be near the 40s tomorrow and Sunday. Highs will be in the 20s and near 30 degrees on Monday. Highs will be in the 30s Tuesday and Wednesday. Highs on Thursday could get near 50 degrees. Lows will be in the 20s and teens for the next week or so.
