Thanksgiving Travel Impact From The Weather As of Sunday, November 24, 2019

If you are doing any traveling for this Thanksgiving here is what our travel impact looks like starting Monday morning. Travel impact from the weather on Monday is not likely. You may however need the sunglasses as you drive throughout the day on Monday, especially in the morning.

As we head into Tuesday rain will move into the area with some breezy conditions developing Tuesday evening. So, this may slow you down on the roads but those at the airports around the area should be fine.

It’s Wednesday where travel begins to take a turn for the worst. Well, not the worst it can be but, the weather on Wednesday could result in some delays at area aiports. Winds will be sustained between 30 and 40 mph. Winds could gust over 40 mph and gust up to 50 mph at times. Anyone driving a high profile vehicle is urged to be careful when driving. Winds will subside as we head into Thursday

Thursday travel looks to be good even though a lot of you all may not be traveling on Thursday.
