Severe tropical storm Nangka is moving through the province of Hainan, China

The big blob you see in the middle of the photo is severe tropical storm Nangka moving over the province of Hainan, China. As of the latest advisory from the JMA, it shows the storm has sustained winds of 50 kt. The storm is forecast to continue towards northern Vietnam with sustained winds of 50 kt. Once moving over northern Vietnam the storm is forecast to weaken to a tropical depression
