Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero expected. * WHERE…In Indiana, Dearborn County. In Ohio, Butler, Warren, Clinton and Hamilton Counties. * WHEN…For the Wind Chill Warning, from 4 AM to 7 PM EST Wednesday. For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 10 AM EST this morning. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 7 PM Wednesday to 1 PM EST Thursday. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS… A Wind Chill Warning means the combination of very cold air and the wind will create dangerously low wind chill values.
