The National Weather Service in Wilmington, OH has issued a flood advisory for Auglaize, Darke, and Mercer counties in Ohio.

The NWS in Wilmington, OH says “The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a

  • Flood Advisory for…
    Northern Darke County in west central Ohio…
    Auglaize County in west central Ohio…
    Mercer County in west central Ohio…
  • Until 300 AM EDT.
  • At 1118 PM EDT, radar indicated an area of showers and embedded
    thunderstorms had produced up to 2 inches of rain. Showers will
    gradually taper off, although another 1 inch of rain is possible.
  • Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways
    and underpasses will occur. In addition, farmland near creeks,
    streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding.
    Some locations that will experience minor flooding include…
    Celina, Wapakoneta, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St.
    Henry, Cridersville, Union City, Fort Recovery, Ansonia, Rockford,
    New Knoxville, Moulton, Wabash, Mendon, Osgood, Chickasaw,
    Burkettsville and North Star.”
