The National Weather Service has allowed this alert to expire.

The NWS in Wilmington, OH says, “…A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1245 AM EDT
FOR NORTHEASTERN HAMILTON AND EASTERN BUTLER COUNTIES…

At 1225 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Hamilton to Forest Park to Cheviot, moving northeast
at 60 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Expect damage to trees and power lines.

Locations impacted include…
Cincinnati, Hamilton, Middletown, Fairfield, Norwood, Forest Park,
Sharonville, Monroe, Blue Ash, Trenton, Springdale, Reading, North
College Hill, Wyoming, Cheviot, Mount Healthy, Deer Park, South
Middletown, Finneytown and West Chester.

This includes the following Interstates…
I-71 in Ohio between mile markers 8 and 9.
I-74 in Ohio between mile markers 13 and 19.
I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 3 and 28.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

building.
