The NWS in Wilmington, OH has issued a winter weather advisory for Darke, Logan, and Shelby counties in Ohio and for Wayne County in Indiana. The NWS in Wilmington, OH says, “831 PM EDT Tue Apr 20 2021

…WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EDT WEDNESDAY…

  • WHAT…Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4
    inches.
  • WHERE…In Indiana, Wayne County. In Ohio, Darke, Shelby and
    Logan Counties.
  • WHEN…From 7 PM this evening to 7 AM EDT Wednesday.
  • IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
    conditions could impact the morning commute.
  • ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Rain will transition to snow this evening.
    Snow may be heavy at times overnight and lead to reduced
    visibility. The greatest accumulations will be on grassy or
    elevated surfaces. Snow will end before daybreak.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

Slow down and use caution while traveling.
