Bitterly cold temps arrive tonight

Cold, cold, cold air will arrive in the area tonight. We will see temperatures get as much as 12 below zero tonight. This is a big change from what I had in the five day forecast earlier today. Not only that, wind chill values could be near 30 below zero.

Wind chill advisories are in effect for the entire county coverage area. Visit the homepage to see those weather alerts. A lot of students are off tomorrow for MLK Jr. Day, but. For those who have to be out tomorrow bundle up. Frostbite and hypothermia could set in within 10 to 30 minutes.
