We will be very cold on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day; below zero wind chills also expected

Highs will reach the 50s tomorrow, but cold air from Canada will surge into the area Thursday morning. However, Thursday’s high will occur very early in the morning with highs in the 40s. Temperatures will drop throughout the day Thursday. By Thursday afternoon, temperatures will be in the 30s and 20s. Thursday overnight into Friday morning temperatures will drop into the teens. Highs on Friday may not make it past 20 degrees.

Wind chill values Friday morning will be below zero, wind chill values should stay in the single digits all day Friday.
