This is no joke folks, the chance of precipitation/snow is not high today. However, some may see some snowflakes move through the area this morning. The HRRR model has been trending towards some snow this Thursday afternoon as well but I think the model may be overdoing it. If anybody sees any snow, it should just be some passing snowflakes, no accumulation is really expected here in the Dayton area.
The latest snowfall the Dayton area has on record according to the NWS in Wilmington, OH is May 9th which was set in 1923. So it’s safe to say snow all the way up until May is not out of the question.
If you do see some snow, send photos and videos.
